Single room $658 + utility
Deposite $500, 1 year lease
Prefer quite, non-smoker, responsible, Asian UCLA student,
can be either male or female
- has own bedroom and washbasin outside the room
- walk-in closet
- shared bathroom with a male who stays in living room
- take about 5-10 min by walk to BBB 8 and 12
- take about 20 min by bus to school
- near I-10/ I-405
- On Overland close to National Blvd
Community Amenities:
- 2 swimming pool
- gym room
- recreation room
- BBQ area
I'm a UCLA grad student and I'm looking for someone to takeover my room.
The reason I'm moving out is because the person who stays in living room and
shares bathroom with me is a male, which is different from what I was told,
becuase the current roommate could not find a female to rent the living room.
Current roomate is a female senior student who lives with her boyfriend. They
are nice easy-going people.
Here's some pictures downloading from the rental office website, because I'm
moving out and the room is full of my stuffs.
The place may not be as new and clean as the website, because the current
roommate has already stay for one year.
They barely use the public area except kitchen for cooking.
