[問題] 寄信問系辦兩個問題，請問系辦的意思是?
請教板上申請學校有經驗的版友，這是我寄信問系辦所得到的回覆:
一. 有關於春季班名額的問題:
First, we do not offer as many assistantships in Spring as we do in the
Fall semester, so it could be a drawback if that is what you are seeking.
If you have scholarship, your chances of getting in are the same as Fall.
想問最後一句，如果你有獎學金，進入的機會和秋季班一樣??
這邏輯怪怪的~~獎學金不是先錄取後發的嗎，而且名額少，獎學金名額也會少阿??
二. 有關托福的問題:
Your total score on the TOEFL test does not do me any good. We look at
individual sub-scores. You need a 19 in Reading, listening and Speaking
and a 22 in Writing. If you have a scholarship - if your scores are
below our minimum, you could get provisional admittance - meaning you
have to pass TOEFL before you can start engineering classes. If you do
not have a scholarship, you need to meet our minimum scores as listed
above.
這都被搞糊塗呢?? 這獎學金到底是指?? 托福沒過還有獎學金????
