[問題] (期刊室研討會論文的延伸)該怎麼回比較好?
小弟老闆投一篇研討會論文延伸的期刊論文，
期刊主編來信如下:
Your paper has about 30% in common with a paper published in a Springer
proceedings. As far as I can see the paper is not referred and
a substantial part of the abstract is similar.
Thus, I would like to inquire about the differences between
the current submission and the previous published paper.
Please focus on the differences in contribution.
Furthermore, we would like to recommend that the paper
(if you are asked to revise the paper) is referred to in the current
submission and the extension (is appropriate) is made explicit.
有沒有什麼建議的信件格式或是範本參考?
