[問題] technical correspondence 論文
早上收到一封從 IEEE Trans. on SMC - Part A 寄來的論文審核結果信件
標題是: Resubmit as Correspondence, paper#
信件內容除了 Reviewer Comments, Associate Editor 的 Comment:
In the light of the comments made by the reviewers, the authors
should revise their paper and resubmit as a technical correspondence.
我的問題是 technical correspondence paper 跟 regular paper 的不同是?
我查過期刊的說明，裡面的說明只有提到篇幅問題，regular paper 超過 12
pages 得要額外收錢，technical correspondence 則是超過 6 頁要額外收錢
所以 technical correspondence = short paper ?
除此之外還有什麼差異嗎？
