※ [本文轉錄自 Biology 看板] 作者: fungo (fungo) 看板: Biology 標題: Re: [問題] Mast Cell 時間: Thu Dec 21 04:47:55 2006 Mast cells一直以來並沒有被太多的Immunologists appreciate 所以相關的知識還挶限於跟allergic disorders有關的studies 但近幾年已經開始有人注意起other roles of mast cells in controlling immune responses 如同前一篇網友的建議你如果對mast cells有興趣可以多注意一個在Stanford group的研究 PI叫做Steve Galli (pubmed 搜尋Galli SJ) 那一篇annu rev immunol即是來自他的手裡除了那篇以外,他還有寫了幾篇不錯的reviews 對於mast cells的初步了解很有幫助對於mast cells in CNS其實早從70年代就開始有所研究一開始是發現mast cells會依附在the brain side of the blood–brain barrier (1) 進幾年發現mast cells跟multiple sclerosis或是老鼠上的EAE model有關 (2,3) 有些研究suggest neurons receive mast cell materials via transgranulation (4) 不過總歸來說相關的研究還是相當的粗淺如果先不計研究的困難性,我想未來還有很大的發展空間希望這些對你有所幫助註(1): Ibrahim, MZM (1974).
