[問題] 關於梯度離心

梯度離心有兩種
一種是 Density gradient centrifugation
另一種則是 Equilibrium density centrifugation
Density gradient centrifugation 是用在 密度同 分子量不同
Equilibrium density centrifugation 是用在 分子量相同 密度不同
假設我是要分離 染色體 質體 以及 RNA 應該選擇哪種會比較好呢
