[求救] Concanavalin A
請問有人了解有關於Concanavalin A的用處嗎?
我只知道他會刺激t cell分裂
不過我找到的paper有些用到Concanavalin A的似乎也不是要看他分裂
This study was undertaken to assess whether peripheral blood mononuclear
cells(PBMC) isolated from Brown Swiss (Br) and Holstein (Ho) cows and
stimulated with concanavalin A differ in response to chronic exposure to
incuba tion temperatures simulating conditions of hyperthermia.
In both groups, there was substantial inhibition of proliferative
activity stimulated with medium, concanavalin A and lipopolysaccharide
following the acute bout of exercise. This may have been caused by
excessive ROS production following the acute exercise session.
像這兩個paper 可以告訴我他們用conA的目的嗎??
