0.3g cellulose + 100ml h2o
2.
vortex for 3 min
3.
waterbath 65 degree 10 min
4.
repeat step2-3 for 1 times
5.
repeat step 1-4 for 1 time until cellulose reach desire concentration
you will see many bubbles in the soluion, dont worry they are bubbles of
success
6.
(key point!!!!!)
place the solution in -20 degree and leave it over night
7.
solution should be clear in the morning!!!!
