[求救] adhesion assay與結晶紫染色的方式?
以下是節錄自paper
" Afterward,
non-adherent cells were removed by PBS washes, and
adherent cells were fixed in ethanol. After staining with
0.1% crystal violet, fixed cells were lysed in 0.2% Triton-
100 and measured spectrophotometrically at 550 nm."
請問adherent cells were fixed in ethanol，這要怎麼做?
加入多少濃度的ethanol，然後等它乾?
crystal violet又該染多久，我找到的是約1 min，不過那是染細菌。
