[期刊] 兩篇breast cancer serum marker的文章
文章大概描述:
在人類乳腺癌病例中，高達30%的病例具有HER-2/neu 基因的擴增。
故會導致細胞表面HER-2蛋白（protein）的表現增高，
因此如能在病人血清中直接量測HER-2 protein，
將會比目前的IFA or FISH方便許多的。
