[求救] Plasmin cutting seq in Ab

Hello, 在做Antibody(Ab) fragmentation常用的幾個protease不外乎 papain, pepsin, plasmin. 前兩者都可查到在Ab上的切位, 但我找了好久文獻都沒看到plasmin到底切在哪裡? 但很多paper都用plasmin來切出Fc. 請問有先進知道plasmin在human Ab上的切位嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.55.223
