用一行文很難表達... 我覺得你想進一流的外商投資銀行的話,最好要有心理準備,先看看他們給台灣人的位置在那裏,這是最重要的,坦白說,總體經濟分析師的位置, 你有在央行待過的經驗?或者是你有在一些經濟研究機構待過?這都是外商最考慮的一點,它們只看實際上的背景,策略方面,你有在管理顧問公司待過,project接過多少,有多少是成功的?產業方面,你有高科技公司的sales 經驗?三到五年?有些人可以什麼都沒有,直接進去,但是,他必然有學校的光環加持,現在在美國就是那TOP20才比較有機會,但機會也很渺茫, 有好的位置,一定是老外優先,如果大家能力差不多的話,除非你能證明你的價值在那裏,才有那麼一點點的小機會升得上去.在這裏,UC,UIUC,UIC,IIT都有很優秀的台灣人,尤其是我們這一票台大人,是公認最多的,哈...到哪裏都有. 畢業之後,也沒辦法一下子就進大公司,也都先從小公司開始磨經驗,不知道說這些能不能給你一些sense,我猜你可能還沒工作經驗? 而且這裏的Salary並不高,一年大約才40000美金,Bonus要到職位不小時才有, 這個環境的人都很粗暴,老板覺得你反應太慢時,直接罵你豬頭之類的... 若是在台灣,你能找到很好的職位,不妨可以從那個位置做起,又可以賺到錢, 也可以有好的工作經驗,將來也許還可以進外商就有好位置坐.
