Perform non-SOX-related financial and operational audits on businesses to identify control and process weaknesses and recommend process improvements. ACCEPTABLE: I performed financial statement audits of companies that carried significant assets and liabilities subject to fair value accounting. I assessed the reasonableness of the valuations and assumptions behind the valuations of those assets and liabilities. 在事務所兩個(內控和FS審計)一定都會做到但是強調公平價值假設評估可能就要看產業別了所以我認為在事務所的auditing部門四年的工作經驗是否被承認還是以工作內容為主要依據 btw 會計師事務所的50%時間不知道應該是多少工時呢哈哈 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.113.177
