Mafia Capital is Hiring Associate/Vice President Position # Position: Internet related late stage venture FA and investment function # Head Count: 1~2 people # Website:https://www.mafiacapital.com/recruitment_d.php?lang=en&tb=&id=5 [Key Responsibility] - Developing financial models to conduct business valuation for M&A and capital raising transactions. - Preparation and review of materials for supporting client financing, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. - Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. - Assist in executing the transaction (SPA/SHA negotiation, coordinate with 3rd party DD advisors and counsels) - Developing relationships with new and existing clients to expand the business.
