請幫我分析這個 if 子句的結構, "Passive" hobbies, like reading or listening to music, are also good, if not the health ideal that the more active hobbies are. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 在做^^^記號的副詞子句,我看不懂, 請幫我分析一下句子的結構.
