其實我原本是想用英文寫...所以沒有認真的先想好中文就開始結果發現寫得很詭異...好像完全卡住了，所以我盡可能的把我想說的用中文寫出來但是這不是中翻英，只需要意思可以就好... 這三句話是有相關的... 希望版上的高手們能夠指點一下，真的非常非常感謝！！這句話我想表達的是：這篇期刊的文章是一篇根據現存的研究，就是那些有關於各層組織採納各種不同的活動去預防跟管理壓力的研究報告的概述 This article is an overview of existing stress prevention and management research has identified that organizations adopt a variety of programs to prevent and manage stress at various levels of the organization. 從這篇報告中，我可以很容易的得到相關的知識和各種壓力管理介入的優缺點，以及這些壓力管理所著重（或是能帶來）的身心效益 From this article, I easily to gain a lot of knowledge and advantages of various stress management intervention programs for helping people reduce stress and the consequence benefits of physical and mental. 這可以幫助員工知道他們的組織關心他們，而且已經試圖要解決工作壓力以及希望能為員工們營造一種正面的工作環境 It also can help employees become aware of organizations that have considered them, and already try to deal with the problem of workplace stress and would like to build a positive work environment for the employees. 真的很希望大家的幫忙！！謝謝^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 98.230.25.254
