[求譯] 一篇essay裡面的幾個句子~看到腦袋快打結了還是看不懂
If a student failed the entrance test a second time, but had passed the

這句主要是不懂那個"given as"是什麼意思,應該要怎麼翻
還有為什麼後面那部分 for前面要加一個逗號?
如果沒加逗號文法有錯嗎? 意思有變嗎?

這句是and後面的地方不懂,

(每次看文章看到as出現都覺得好頭痛)
