[求譯] 要請學校查帳潤稿
求中譯／英譯：
背景大意是，學校去年已經退款(信用卡刷退)，但沒有通知我。
直到今年我去信問學校時才發現原來已經退款了= =
我向銀行調帳單，但六月份的帳單並沒有退款。
想請學校提出退款證明。^.^
我的試譯：（求譯「段落」者，本欄請勿留白）
Dear Admission officer,
According your reply:

Greetings! I have reviewed your record and payment history.
According to our records, we received the student’s cancellation form
request on 6/8/09 and he has already been issued a refund for his housing fee
on 6/11/09 in the amount of $1,170 ($1,200 - $30 refund processing fee). The
refund was credited back to the original credit card that was used to remit
the payment initially.(學校今年五月給我的信)

Unfortunately, after checking my bank statement ,09 June, carefully, I find
that I have not received the refunds you returned. Would you please contact
the authorities to find out the whereabouts of the refunds? I will of course
be glad to assist you in your investigation. Could you please offer me any
receipt to prove that you had already issued a refund and I will help you to
trace it.

提問：
1. 我想強調"六月"的帳單，但這樣用同位格寫不知道對不對
2. 想請學校提供證明(但我又怕寫的語氣太強烈)...不知道這樣寫可以嗎?
(因為其實我也有點怕調錯月份帳單...但我如果學校根本沒匯款，那...= =再調也白調)
大致就這兩個問題^.^
(另外，比較無所謂的(個人感覺)Admission officer可以用在學校單位嗎？)
