在..期間 接下來的五年
沒貼出來的前一段文字 有可能在描述一個過去的時間點
所以在這段才會出現 the next five years (since 某個事件或時間點)
例如
The programme was relaunched in 1988, and coverage and quality
^^^^^時間點
increased substantially over the next 3 years
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
