[求譯] 請幫我看一下譯文
幾個疑問：
1. 我在譯文裡用了三次 "according to" ... 冏，
但實在想不出來還有什麼詞可以代替，請問有什麼建議？
(註：經修改後，目前變成用兩次)
2. 暫緩(某件工程) 用 postponed 還是 defered 比較適合？
辦理(某項作業) 又該用 perform 還是 execute 呢？
3. 還有什麼地方應該修改嗎？
計畫概述
依據 XX部核示原則，
就YY工程目前執行狀況及將來營運之基本需求，檢討原計畫可暫緩施作之工程項目。
...[略]，故本計畫依相關規定辦理環境影響差異分析作業。
Project Description
Based on the principles directed by Ministry of XXXX,
the project will review
the construction items of YY to be postponed / defered
according to current execution status of the construction
and the basic requirements of future operation.
Due to ..., the project will perform / execute analysis on
the difference of the environmental impact according to related provisions.
