[求譯] 關於尾牙的幾句英文

想請大家幫我看關於尾牙的英文會不會怪怪的
1. 2018/12/31前到職且尾牙當日仍在職的正職員工可參加抽獎活動。
試譯: Full-time employees who have served starting before Dec. 31, 2018,
and still are employed on the day of year-end party can join
the lucky-draw.
Q: 感覺"正職"翻full-time不太精準...
2. 採投遞摸彩箱方式進行抽獎，摸彩箱封箱時間為20:00，逾時不候。
試譯: A raffle draw will be held via a lucky draw box, and the time
for sealing the box is at 8 p.m. Any late submission will not be
accepted.
這句翻得又臭又長.....請高手幫忙修改
