i was a senior high student before lol
well i think u should pay attention to the vocabulary examples
i think if u want to learn english well
u have to know how to apply it into ur life
and try to make sentence urself
also, u have to make comparison and some equal words
like....
comparison:
context
contest
content
contend
contempt
or
press
compress
depress
express
suppress
oppress
repress
equal:
because of=as a result of=on account of=
due to= owing to=thanks to=
as a consequence of=in consequence of
or
above all=
in particular=
particularly=
especially
cf:be particular about =
be picky about
i think if u know how to apply
and know how to distinguish words similar
or put those equal things together
u'll work better on english learning
besides, u may listen to some english program
then u could not only know how to listen, speak
but also read and write!^_^
