I think having a regular meeting for this borad is a better idea.
Maybe we can have meeting once a week. (e.g. lunch time on Sunday)
Fixing the location (e.g. some cafe')
And we need the hosts for each meeting to control everything such as the
list of participating, subjects for chatting, etc.
It's free for everybody to decide whether taking part in every spacific
meeting or not.
The main idea of these meetings is, "We should chat with each other
in English!!No Chinese!"
My suggestion is as above..^^
