Generally, the structure of a paragraph in English is described as follows. [Topic sentence]... [Detail or the supports about the topic sentence].... ...[Conclusion sentence] The main idea of a paragraph can be found on the topic sentence, which is the first sentence of the paragraph, or the conclusion sentence, which is the last sentence of then paragraph.
