Well, same here.
I think the most important thing is motivation. To have motivation,
look into yourself and see why you want to be in grad school and
your program in particular. A reason like, oh I want to go to grad school
because this gives me a diploma to earn a better living is NOT a real
incentive. You have to find out the exciting thing about your work.
I think a big problem is that many students gets enrolled into a program
not because they're interested in it, but it's because they happen to get in.
Ask yourself who you are, what you want first.
Then decide how to satisfy your needs. Write the desires and goals down,
re-affirm yourself by reading them everyday. Also write down how to
achieve the goals if you want to.
