yes, i agree with you the best way to improve your english is chat with your
friend in english, but in taiwan, there no chance for you to use english.

the user came from around the world, so this is a good chance for you to chat
in english. and u don't need to pay any money any cent for this, only take
some step to registered then u can start to meet your friend.
