Re: [News] A Serious Note About Heart Attacks
Since we're talking about heart attacks,
I thought of sharing the following dialogue with you all
on some ways to prevent from having heart attacks...
Heart disease's hereditary, and you can't get rid of it...
The only thing you can do is to prevent from having a heart attack...
One important thing is try not to be under too much stress...
My professor in college had a heart attack because
he was a workaholic, and had a lot of pressure from work...
Thank goodness his son was with him when he had the attack,
and called an ambulance in time...
He's also Indian (from India), like the doctor in this article,
that's why I thought of him...

: I just thought of sharing a real life news that I heard
: a very long time ago...
: A man saved his own life from a heart attack
: while he was driving (stuck in traffic)...
: He was by himself, and had a heart attack in his car...
: He couldn't get help by calling someone on his cellphone,

: And he saved himself from a heart attack,
: and also his own life by doing so...
: I guess the coughing sort of acted as a CPR procedure for the man...
