You are precisely correct in these terms, academically & professionally. I guess it's not hard to figure out that my native language is not English. :) No culture => Chinese logic => Chinese English. 沒文化 haha XD I just happen to live in California for couple months when I was very young, so I happen to acquire California Accents, with a slight mix of Chinese accent. My California friends said at first they couldn't tell I have an accent but after a while they can tell I am foreign. A lot of people who stay in US long enough acquire different accents, so please be more understanding. It's normal to have a similar accent when people around you speak that way. It's not faking or mimicking or even having other unpure intentions. Secondly, it's easier to emerge to their society if you speak in a more understandable way to them. However, people with the same midset as me will never look down/up on others who have different accents. ※ 引述《serveto (〈ψ︱A︱ψ〉)》之銘言: : I would like to provide one aspect of viewpoint (maybe two). : First, if you look at this "culture" matter from the angle of : "Organization", it can be explained as an outward appearance : of the culture of informal organizations.
