From elementary school to university. I have seen many teachers. Some teachers are impressive. Some teachers are annoying. Although my aspiration is not become a teacher. But if one day I become a teacher. I hope I can imitate those good teachers characteristic. The following are four main interpretations of my instructional teaching philosophy Humorous Course has lasted some time. Some students will feel kind of boring. But if teacher is humorous. He can keep student's spirit well. Like a teacher and like a friend If a teacher is too strict. Some students will refuse to study because they hate the teacher. But if a teacher is too gentle. Some students will refuse to study because the teacher is easy to bully. So too strict or too gentle is not good. It's important to keep balance of both. Life principle Although knowledge is important. But if teacher can said some life principle in the class. When student meets some miserable things. He can face it with a optimistic mood. Eloquence Be a good teacher. Only have rich knowledge is not enough. A good teacher must have good eloquence. So student can understand the meaning clearly. Considering the above perspectives, I think become a good teacher is not a easy thing. So be a student.
