I think you should get a master degree. If possible, maybe going abroad will be better. There are too many people who speak english well. Not to tell all those foriengers can easily get your job with higher pay. What makes you look better than them? It's very hard to tell you teach better. Most of us use degree as a criteria If you are talking about job protiential. Try to learn how to run a cram shool business. How to earn parent's trust and crab some money from their pocket... I think no matter how good your English is. You will face bottleneck eventually. But a degree is still a basic requirement for a good salary. Your advantage will be knowing your costomer and being a good communicator. Learn more about the whole business and build your own career maybe works. GOGOGO! You can hire native speakers when you are experienced and have a lot of source of runing a cram school business. That's my opinion. ※ 引述《rejoicing (用功)》之銘言: : I believe there're lots of lovers of English learning : on this board, and since there're not too many people : I can discuss this subject to, I am here to ask your : opinion, really hope that I can make a decision and : get off this not at all constrctive wandering. : --------------------------------------------------- : Here's the situation.( Long story though) : I've been working as an English teacher for almost : five years,I really really like my job, but there's : one thing that bothers me. : It was an accident that I've got the chance to be : an English teacher, I was once a substitute, and : I've made up my mind to be an English teacher since : that experience. : There was quite a long time for me to strive : my best to learn English. : Nevertheless, I didn't major in English nor had : aquired good English certificate of any kind that : can be a prove of my English ability.
