True, in the old days with information lagging, surely provide room for him.
Yet, I was just curious, if without information/knowledge (I don't think there
was a book, yet encyclopedia, not to say Wiki), how he knew how to make up a
fraud cheque that able to cheat tons of people?
Hm...let me google fraud cheques right away.
