[Talk] I'm worried about my job.
Recently I am hired by a Japanese corporation who is doing the cosmetics.
After a week's work, I found that I myself was useless when working
and my elder colleague would not tell me what to do.
Therefore, my job preservation is at high risk now.
I'm hoping to leran how to speak Japanese in case I cannot talk to
my Japanese boss and my Japanese leader company.
I think that through the language of communication and interaction
with each other, I can help myself tilt into this coporation.
Thus, I can win the attention and concern from my Japanese boss.
However, I am worried about my job right now.
Maybe I will be informed that I shall not come to the office
after the Chinese New Year.
I'm really worried.
Besides, this job vacancy is very rare and it's kind of marketing base
which needs a personel who can direct the correct strategy and execute
the rightful path of making the goods preveilling.
How to gain the win-win situation if your colleague would not help?
