不用what的原因: what前面不加名詞(基本文法)
還有，你確定這是一個完整的句子?
我幫你修改一下，
If an incident occurs and if there is a local church priest who I can think of
that could give solace,I will call him up and tell him about it.
修改幅度可能過大，但這樣的句子是不是比較好理解?
