想法: OPEC是否要增產，應該是主動決定，不是被動決定，所以我認為是B

想法:ROC總統主動跟中國聯絡，我想應該是用taking，A我覺得也可以但B比較好
小弟字彙量滿多的，可惜文法太爛，每次敗筆都在文法，望板友們給予指教，謝謝!
