一般考英語文法是以「written English」為主，而不是oral English。因此這時候用英文口語的感覺來想，很可能就會錯。 Q1 A trip to Paris - that's『 too good an opportunity to miss.』碰到文法題最好用文法分析，這題是在測試考生對「程度形容詞」和「程度副詞」的區別是否了解。 ★程度形容詞： such / quite 句型：such / quite + a(n) + 形容詞 + 可數單數名詞例1. It was such a wonderful day! 例2. It was quite a delicious food! ★程度副詞：so / too / as 句型：so / too / as + 形容詞 + a(n) + 可數單數名詞例1. The Apostle Paul is so famous a minister. 例2. It is too good a chance to miss. 例3. John is as good a boy as Peter (is). 因此這題是考「程度副詞」而不是程度「形容詞」，看完上面的句型整理，應該就有個概念了吧。 Q2 Under the circumstances it still remains to be seen whether the OPEC will agree to increase the output of petroleum. 這題是在remain的用法。我覺得這題的remain應該有s，可能是你少打字。我個人是背單字除了背「中文」意思外，也會去了解這個字的collocation (搭配用法)。 remain 後面通常和to V連用。表示「尚待～」。就像decide一樣，如果你翻一下文法書，通常有章節就是介紹哪些單字固定後面固定是用to V而不是Ving。不定詞用被動語態to be seen是因為這個句子可以還原成： Under the circumstances『 whether the OPEC will agree to increase the output of petroleum』 still remains to be seen. 但因為原句就會造成英文寫作的「頭重腳輕」現象，所以把主詞『 whether the OPEC will agree to increase the output of petroleum』這件事用it代替。這裡用被動是因為it就是指whether…petroleum這件事，『事情』不會主動去看，而是被人們看。基本上，如果代名詞是指「某件事情」，通常用it來表示的話，動詞就是用被動。 Q3.The ROC president called on China to take the initiative in soothing the hostility between the two regions. 第三題是考 call on 這個動詞片語的collocation (搭配用法)。跟remain一樣，是和to V搭配。句型：call on + 某人 + to V (呼籲某人去做某事)。什麼時候用to V，什麼時候用Ving，大部分的人是死背。我是靠著分析文法來建立我自己的文法觀。下面是我的主觀看法，供你參考：不定詞to V有暗示「要去做某事」，也就是還沒有做的語氣在內。所以remain to V (尚待去做某事) 或是call on 人 to V 『呼籲某人去做某事』，都有還沒有做，「要去做」的語氣在內。如果聽不太懂我在講什麼，也沒有關係，可以查一下文法書，通常文法書的章節都有「不定詞」和「動名詞」這兩個章節，通常會列上哪些動詞後面要接to V，哪些動詞要接Ving ，最好把它們記起來，因為這是考試的常考重點。我個人建議是可以準備一本較詳盡的文法書，例如我高中是買「賀氏英文法全書」，不過我用的是舊版，現在有換新版： http://www.hosenglish.com/index.html 當然用別的文法書也可以。 ※ 引述《leon99 (李奧)》之銘言： : Q1 A trip to Paris - that's ____ . : A.a too good opportunity to miss : B.too good an opportunity to miss : C.a too good to be missed opportunity : 答案B : 想法: 我覺得A讀起來比較順，文法結構也正確 : Q2 Under the circumstances it still remain ___ whether the : OPEC will agree to increase the output of petroleum. : A.to see B.seeing C.seen D.to be seen : 答案D : 想法: OPEC是否要增產，應該是主動決定，不是被動決定，所以我認為是B : Q3.The ROC president called on China ___ the initiative in soothing the : hostility between the two regions. : A. to take B.taking C.take D.for taking : 答案A : 想法:ROC總統主動跟中國聯絡，我想應該是用taking，A我覺得也可以但B比較好 : 小弟字彙量滿多的，可惜文法太爛，每次敗筆都在文法，望板友們給予指教，謝謝! -- ●數位銀行 http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010654247 ●大數據●http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010587258 ●即選即用銀行英語會話●http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010636911 ●即選即用銀行英語字彙●http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010573462 ●金融英語一本通 ●http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010515418 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 163.13.33.16 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Finance/M.1421987486.A.96B.html
