答案b說 scheduled projects(我把他解釋成已經在進行卻被認定為浪費的projects) 不全然是總統所屬黨派的，換句話說，也有反對黨的案子在其中，既然反對黨的案子被視為浪費也能進行，就能支持press的論點，總統不是因為黨派來決定廢止案子的! 參考一下吧 ※ 引述《chasethesky (堅持!)》之銘言： : GWD17-Q9: （CD-9 Q10） : Press Secretary: Our critics claim that the President’s recent highway project cancellations demonstrate a vindictive desire to punish legislative districts controlled by opposition parties.
