我的解讀如下
在歐美茄公司 若想獲得退休補助金
則此退休員工的年齡加上其在公司服務的年資 需大於70
假設今天A員工於x歲進入公司（x小於70)
y是他想獲得退休補助金 需在公司服務的最低年資
下列哪不等式選項最能表現出X Y之間的關係？
假設他服務了Y年 進來時已經是X歲
故達最低可領退休輔助金的門檻時 他應該是（x+y）歲了
根據題目問 想領退休輔助金最少需服務幾年？
故方程式可列為
(x+y)+y=70------> (D)2x+y=70
