(1)小於1的數，16倍要是整數，所以x會是0.0625的倍數 (1/16=0.0625)。
若x=0.0625，十分位就可能是0
(2)同理，1/8=0.125，即x為0.125的倍數，十分位肯定不會是0
故選(B)
