因果關係 embargo ==> international discord
題目說

E選項只是重複了上面這句話，並沒有support到因果關係。
仔細看題目會發現整個題目是有矛盾點的，
舉個例子，
為了小明要買到漫畫，那媽媽一定要給小明 100元，
但如果小明想要買漫畫，那媽媽就不會給小明 100元，
講白一點，小明就是不可能買到漫畫。
D選項就是講 小明不可能買到漫畫
