我個人的解讀是題目前提是對某國的貿易制裁要靠國際間的高度共識才會成功現在要對Patria進行貿易制裁首先要對他們採取blockade 但國際間對這樣的舉動意見不一也就是違反了前提因此得到的"結論"就是針對Patria的制裁最終不會成功 ※ 引述《JoshReddick (賈許)》之銘言： : For a trade embargo against a particular country to succeed, : a high degree of both international accord and ability to prevent : goods from entering or leaving that country must be sustained. : A total blockade of Patria’s ports is necessary to an embargo, : but such an action would be likely to cause international discord : over the embargo. : The claims above, if true, most strongly support which of the : following conclusions? : (D) Any trade embargo against Patria would be likely to fail at some time. : (E) For a blockade of Patria’s ports to be successful, international : opinion must be unanimous. : 因果關係 embargo ==> international discord : 題目說 : For a embargo to succeed : a high degree of both international accord and ability to prevent : goods from entering or leaving that country must be sustained. : E選項只是重複了上面這句話，並沒有support到因果關係。 : 仔細看題目會發現整個題目是有矛盾點的， : 舉個例子， : 為了小明要買到漫畫，那媽媽一定要給小明 100元， : 但如果小明想要買漫畫，那媽媽就不會給小明 100元， : 講白一點，小明就是不可能買到漫畫。 : D選項就是講小明不可能買到漫畫 -- 當你不再是我所有的遺憾身旁的寧靜變成了一種依賴今天我終於放手其實你早已解脫為了一個自我失去太多你似風箏般我好怕線會斷你好害怕愛而我也不太勇敢認識你我好無奈擁有的已變成亂我想說說不出別再為難還你自由給我自由不想再一個人享用兩個人份的孤獨與承諾就算是我都算是我不想再一個人佔有兩個人份的希望與哀愁 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.141.114
