請問
A recent study found that snoring, though not common in either group, is more
commom among smokers than among nonsmokers. On the basis of this evidence,
the author hypothesized that smoking by itself can inducingn snoring.
Which one of the following, if ture, casts the most doubt on the author's
hypothesis?
Ans: Stress induces both snoring and smoking in certain individuals.
我選的是
Most smokers do not snore.
我後來想想他的答案也有道理，就說snore 跟 smoking 不見得有關連，可能是一個第三
因素, such as stress, 所造成。
我想問那為什麼我選的那個不行？謝謝
