(E)之意為：今年的汽車比起去年，可靠度大幅提升，
表示車主可繼續使用原有的汽車，
不必因為原有汽車已不堪使用而去買「新」車，
所以文中所述今年「新」車銷售量下跌25％，
並非因文章Conclusion所述的消費者買不起，而是因(E)所述。
