答案是C。
我的問題是，文中並沒有說到歐洲的廠商有獲得任何競爭優勢或政府補助，
說不定歐洲的廠商優勢都跟美國一樣，只是歐洲廠商數增加(供給增加)，
就可達到capture European market的效果。這樣的話，C 為何對呢？
也就是說，如果今天是美國廠商數在歐洲也增加了，那麼美國也會有高市佔。
至於 E，因為文中說 "if ... succeed in increasing the demand"，不就代表
現在的demand不夠大，市場也因此不夠大嗎？所以我這兩個思量很久就選了E。
