It can hardly be said that educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology What does "it" refers to? Is it "that educators are at fault..."? If it is the case, does the sentence also mean the fact that "educators are at fault.." can hardly be said? E. The fact that educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology can hardly be said Beside "the fact" is wordy, why does it not successfully convey the meaning of the sentence (explaination from OG)?
