(B) and had supplemented
(C) and even though they supplemented
(D) although they supplemented(O)
(E) but with supplementing
這題沒有特別大的疑問,只是想詢問如果C選項去掉and,
即even though they supplemented......這樣算正確嗎?
印象中although用法與even though相去不遠
