大阪 IAQVA 700/800 ISSUE: "Government should place few, if any, restrictions on scientific research and development." ARGUMENT: In a study of reading habits of Leeville citizens conducted by the University of Leeville, most respondents said they preferred literary classics as reading material. However, a follow-up study conducted by the same researchers found that the type of book most frequently checked out of each of the public libraries in Leeville was the mystery novel. Therefore, it can be concluded that the respondents in the first study had misrepresented their reading habits. Q:我做小熊接力的題到200題. 覺得很簡單,就沒認真去準備. 實際上場有點緊張,沒遇到什麼jj. 有些討厭的圖表,但重點是看清題目問什麼,很多information都是垃圾,和解題無關. Verbal: 類反都JJ但有變體,沒看到JJ的選項請靜下心來找. 有些題目太簡單我直接秒掉,所以沒有記起來. 反 DUCTILE<>jj變體,記得也是個2~3個字的那種選項 AMELIORATE改善<> jj變體,記得也是個2~3個字的那種選項 STULTIFYING<> jj變體,就選刺激的那個. WINSOME<>repallent ATTENUATED<>make thicker EXTRANEOUS<>elemental FLORID<>inane 最後一題,我原本是solemn派的. 但前些天有人說, 他們的選項裡沒有solemn.所以我在最後一刻變節了. 類 RADDLED:xx<>exhausted:energy (A is without B) PROSELYTIZER:CONVERT<> philanthropist:endow CHAOS:PREDICTABILITY<> pallor:color EXPONENT:ADVOCATE<>pollster:canvass 我的填空都沒JJ...我也想不太起來了.第二題就遇到新的填空, 當時心情很差. 但可能是我有乖乖做完陳盛元的關係,沒有錯太多. 短: brown star 請直接秒掉. jj的答案應該沒問題 1)為什麼lithium在red dwarf上不能存在答案：RED矮星內外物質交換很快, 會把Lithium帶到星球中心然後反應掉. 2)最後一句說的是brown也是有可能destroy litheum的（好像在那個什麼80倍情況下），所以我選的答案是：作用是給出了一個 exception to the characteristics of the brown star 長: provincial女作家 jj看熟有幫助的... 題目好長. 我用直覺直接開始選了. 短: England人口請直接秒掉 jj的答案應該沒問題 1) contrast to Europe 2) Differ to Europe 心得: 這次是我生平最難熬的一次考試.花了超過一年的時間去看紅寶書, 也做完了陳盛元填空和宋昊類反.但在考前兩星期轉成只看JJ. 誰知考試前20天,日本竟然發生了這樣的災難...讓我對抗ETS的同時還要對抗輻射塵. 這段期間除了背了很多討厭的單字外,也學到很多新字:掉庫,給力,裸考,etc. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.83.181.242
