Adams has 40 real estate agents; in contrast, Fitch has 25, many of whom work only part-time. Moreover, Adams’ revenue last year was twice as high as that of Fitch and included home sales that averaged $168,000, compared to Fitch’s $144,000. Homes listed with Adams sell faster as well: ten years ago I listed my home with Fitch, and it took more than four months to sell; last year, when I sold another home, I listed it with Adams, and it took only one month. Thus, if you want to sell your home quickly and at a good price, you should use Adams Realty. 補充一下心得：我的第2與第3個V有好多3格填空，我覺得我的加考應該是第3個V。第2個V前幾題都是2格或3格填空，到一半才出現短閱。我這時心想..."完了"，畢竟沒有"長閱"，有可能是我第1個V考太爛。我第3個V好像第二題開始就一連串的3格填空，短閱有3~5題左右。但最後有出現一個4~5百字左右的閱讀，好像也差不多3題左右。 (這算長閱還短閱啊@@?) 但無論是第幾個V，單字等價的題型大約只有3~4題不等而以。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.236.62
