[問題] 請問有關勞保加保的問題
想請問一下大家
之前在網路上查勞保加保的問題
也有在勞保局問過
是說加保如果到達15%
勞保局就會查詢工作內容來驗證是否加保實際情形屬實
但是在未達15%下似乎就沒這麼嚴格
但是替家母詢問工會後
(家母也是自己去工會加保，但因身體狀況欠佳目前已未工作)
他們是說勞保局都查得很嚴
只要調了就要有被查的準備
加上家母領有身心障手冊
所以建議我們不要調
且工會有提到它們調薪一次就是只能15%這樣固定調
不能調5% 10%這樣的級距
但在網路上有看到有些人分享可以調15%以下
這是各工會調整投保薪規範不同的關係嗎??
想麻煩大家幫我解答一下
