[疑惑] 報考LPI問題(很久以前就有VUE帳號)
詳細的報名程序我已經從網路上面知道
剛剛從LPI官網申請到LPI ID
但當我從VUE進去申請考試，填寫完ID後
我收到mail

Unfortunately, we cannot add LPI to your account without your LPI ID number.
If you don’t have a LPI ID number please go to www.lpi.org to generate your
LPI ID number. Once you have done this please go back to the add client page
and type the LPI ID number directly into the required field. All questions,
comments and inquiries regarding the Linux Professional Institute should be
directed to info@lpi.org.
If you are having difficulty adding your LPI ID electronically, please call
1-877-619-2096 or 1-952-681-3150, or e mail us at
pvamericascustomerservice@pearson.com; any agent will be happy to assist you.
這是怎麼回事呢?
我有上google搜尋一下，好像是VUE連不到LPI資料庫問題
這個是只有打去VUE客服 0800-666-022 解決呢?
