[問題] 房貸轉貸需求

3.轉貸: 3年前於富邦貸700w, 本月期滿想轉貸, 剩餘620w左右
4.年限: 20年。

b.外商科技業約5年年資(現職工作約1.5年,全球前500大,年收入約160W,
老婆為補習業, 家庭年所得約240w)
c.無信用不良紀錄。
d.不動產在老婆名下。
煩請站內信提供銀行名稱 利率以及相關規定(需綁約否,年限,設定費,轉貸費)
或提供連絡方式以便進一步詢問,
目前只考慮一段式房貸, 利率1.9以下
